The collection consists of the records of the Civic Improvement Club. Two volumes contain the minutes; the 1904-1915 volume also contains some accounting records and news clippings pasted on the pages. Each volume is followed by loose documents which were removed from the volume. They consist of a constitution, correspondence, a rose show program and news clippings. The third volume is the club's bank book from the Capital National Bank.
